We ship to all 50 states. At this time, we do not ship outside of the USA.

 

Returns

You may contact customer service with any questions or concerns regarding your order. We cannot process returns, but we have amazing customer service.  James Naturals is happy that to date every pup has enjoyed their bag of Salmon Stix.

Fulfillment and Delivery

Orders are packaged and shipped as soon as they are received. If your order is placed after shipments have gone out for the day, it will ship the next business day. Although most orders should arrive in 2-3 business days, please allow for 5-7 days for delivery. You will receive an email as soon as it is processed.
